The increasing demand for security software offers SIVIS and Pointsharp the opportunity to offer a joint solution to the European market. Thus, the group offers a one-stop-shop for security software with solutions for the entire digital lifecycle of login & access management, secure communication, on-, off- and crossboarding, role management and compliance.
Pointsharp was founded in 2006 and has grown from 10 employees in 2020 to 200 employees with local offices in Sweden, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Finland with revenues of €28 million in 2022.
For SIVIS, after the acquisition of the Danish IAM provider 2ndC in April 2022, the merger with Pointsharp is another milestone on the way to becoming the leading European provider of identity and access management software solutions.
